dAy 1: Monday
today my church held a summer camp called i-teens. first activity was singing songs to god, our lord. and then a game called "the wind blows". That is a game which let people know about you more. Our 3rd activity was making little people out of bread. then we decorated it with cream cheese [which i hate] and also little chocolate balls and raisins. then to this website here. last activity was kickball.
Day 2: Tuesday
The second day of i-teens is okay. First we started with some songs. Second activity was a game where someone goes into a room and the people outside decide who to be "it". then the person comes out and tries to guess who was "it". after a few rounds of it, we watched a 3 minute video about making contact lenses. We listned to some verses from the bible. OUr favorite thing of the day was eating sloppy joes with some chips and 2 sour keys. after lunch we had some skits of a famous person and a combination of an element. then we worked on the videos we were going to had on the website. then we had a photohunt at the park and a game.
Day 3: Wednesday
i missed half of the 3rd day of the i-teens. I arrived at lunch time. so after everyone had lunch, we played a game where someone goes into a room and the people outside choose an object. the person in the room comes out and tries to guess which object we chose. then we started learning how to use photoshop the pictures we took yesterday. The boys in my group and me worked on a picture using painting and a cut part from a duck picture. we finished, and went outside to the park to play games. and that's pretty much it.
day 4: thursday
The fourth day of iteens is better than yesterday. We started off with songs like always and then we played some games. We played a game in which we try to make people smile. and then a little craft. we made a pyramid that had frogs on each side and it says "don't forget to pray". We had lunch. not exactly my favorite but it was okay. then we had to shoot humiliting videos of us dancing to the songs we sang earlier. what made me nervous was people were staring at us like we were actually performing for them. then when we came back, we had to sing and autotune our voices. i would have finished my blog, but the computer i used couldn't connect to the network. then my mom came, so nothing else to say, so my last blog is tommorow.
day 5: Friday
Our last day was a little different and much more fun. Singing, games, and some crafts. we were to make the city of jerico with great value marshmellows from walmart and toothpicks. it didn't turn out good, but anyway after we had japanese hot dogs with chips and sour keys. we went to the park after for a scavenger hunt and my team came in 3rd. we relaxed in the park for a few minutes. we came back after. this is the last blog so bye!
